    I am eager to learn how to make the dough…but it seems that the same video is posted twice. At the top, it says “Part2” on both videos. Did we miss step 1somewhere or is it in a different post?

        Awesome! I had already made the dough and didn’t know what to do with the rest once I made the single pizza crust. (I didn’t want to do another pizza.) I let the dough rise for an hour, punched it down, let it rise for another 20 minutes, then baked it for 40 minutes to an hour in a 375 F oven. I used some instructions from some other bread my mom used to make, and it really worked out well. My husband LOVED it. We’ve been looking for a good sandwich bread for him for his work lunches, and I think we found it. 😀
