Below are two videos on how I make my pizza crusts and a gluten free option by Elena’s Pantry. If you have any questions after viewing the video’s, leave me a comment and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Gluten Free Pizza Dough From Elena’s Pantry:

I am eager to learn how to make the dough…but it seems that the same video is posted twice. At the top, it says “Part2″ on both videos. Did we miss step 1somewhere or is it in a different post?
Thanks.
Thanks Terri-Lynne. That’s odd. It shows fine on my end. Here is my youtube account where you can find both part 1 and part 2.

Let me know if you have any further problems.
I have Elana’s Almond Flour cookbook – I really appreciate having the video walkthrough of the grain free version!
I love Elana! I’ve had such great success with her gluten free recipes
Have a great week, Lynda!
How do you finish the bread part after making the pizza crust?
April,
I’m actually putting together a video today on making homemade bread. It will be up this week
Awesome! I had already made the dough and didn’t know what to do with the rest once I made the single pizza crust. (I didn’t want to do another pizza.) I let the dough rise for an hour, punched it down, let it rise for another 20 minutes, then baked it for 40 minutes to an hour in a 375 F oven. I used some instructions from some other bread my mom used to make, and it really worked out well. My husband LOVED it. We’ve been looking for a good sandwich bread for him for his work lunches, and I think we found it.
That’s great, April! I’m almost done with my video
